Nutrition and dietary awareness program

Vimukti SHG trust conducted the awareness program on intake of nutritious food and its benefits on our health in Badyar, Bajire, Kalenja and Kayarthadka clusters of the Taluka. Primary health care officers Ms. Rekha and Ms. Sujatha explained the importance of nutritious food in maintaining the balanced diet and health. A variety of food items were showcased by the women of these clusters. Ms. Rohini, Ms. Savitha and Ms. Jalajakshi represented the organization during the program. The program was arranged and conducted by the women of Badyar, Bajire, Kalenja and Kayarthadka clusters of Vimukti SHG Trust.
