Vimukti SHG Trust,
Laila, distributed cleanliness kits to 9 government schools of the
Taluk in the month of July, 2025, and created awareness of
cleanliness in children.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Halepete: 09.07.2025 ASHA activist Ms.
Manjula shared important points on how malaria and dengue spread and
asked the children to keep their surroundings clean. SDMC president,
head teacher of the school, all staff and students, and also CKSK
mobiliser Rohini were present. Later Ms. Rohini presented the
cleanliness kit, consisting of 2 buckets, a mug, a toilet brush, and
5 litres of phenyl, to the school.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Kuntalapalike:
10.07.2025 CHO Mr. Jagadish demonstrated the right way of
washing hands. ASHA activist Ms. Rajeevi, Gram Panchayat member Ms.
Bhaathi, mobiliser Savitha, and the school HM and staff were
present.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Koyyur:
14.07.2025 CHO Ms. Geetha explained to the children the
different ways to keep themselves away from contagious diseases by
keeping the surroundings clean. SDMC president Mr. Vinay, ASHA
activist Ms. Kusuma, mobiliser Savitha, the school HM, and all staff
were present.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Malebettu:
15.07.2025 PHCO Ms. Harinakshi gave awareness on first aid for
snake and dog bites along with the importance of cleanliness. ASHA
activist Ms. Jayanthi, mobiliser Ms. Savitha, HM, and all the staff
were present.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Arambodi:
21.07.2025 CHO Mr. Kiran Kumar put light on surrounding
cleanliness. SHG Cluster president Ms. Yashavanthi, Mobiliser
Savitha, HM, and all the staff were present.
Govt. Higher Primary School, Devanari:
23.07.2025 Ms. Mohini, mobiliser of the organisation, explained
to the children about the importance of cleanliness. Ms. Elsy, the
cluster president, was also present along with the school staff.
Govt. Higher Primary School Kanyadi:
21.07.2025 PHCO Ms. Soumya gave insight on cleanliness in our
lives.
Govt. Higher Primary School Bangady:
28.07.2025 ASHA activist Rajani spoke about the importance of
cleanliness in and around the school.
Govt. Lower Primary School Kolpadi:
29.07.2025 CHO Ms. Tejovathi explained to the children to avoid
sickness by keeping themselves and the surroundings clean. ASHA
activists Ms. Prema and Sheelvathi were also present along with the
school staff.
