Workshop on mehendi designs
Vimukti SHG Trust,
along with Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra, has organised a workshop on
mehendi designs in the month of May for the welfare of the children
of SHG women. Proprietor of Janani Professional Beauty Parlour, Ms
Nethra conducted the workshop. Altogether, 15 children learnt the
basics of mehendi designs, making a cone and various modern designs
enthusiastically. They were provided with a participation
certificate.
During the closing ceremony, some students appreciated the
opportunity received to enhance one more skill in their student
life. Ms Nethra also asked the children not to stop learning but to
continue it and approach her whenever they face difficulties in
making designs.
Ms. Lavina welcomed and Ms. Rohini gave a vote of thanks.
