Child protection awareness program in 25 government schools

Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra along with Volkart Foundation Indian Trust conducted a child protection awareness program on the occasion of “Child Safety Week.” The program coordinator guided all 25 teachers of the government schools that are under our intervention, to conduct role plays regarding child safety and safe and unsafe touches. These trained teachers then carried out the role plays in their respective school assemblies. All the children from each school were provided with an IEC pictorial card for better understanding of the unsafe touches.
