Implementation of Reading Improvement Program(RIP) and Skill In Mathematics (SIM)

The educational program of Reading Improvement (RIP) and Skills in Mathematics (SIM), which was started in November 2022 in 25 government schools in Belthangady Taluka by providing a remedial teacher to each school, was recently ended after making a big impact in the respective domains. The teachers have put in their efforts to improve the education level of the weak learners in their respective schools through different TLMs. Baseline, midterm, and final evaluations were done in schools to grade the learning level of these students. Third-party assessment was also done in these schools with the permission of the Block Education Officer (BEO) of Belthangady Taluka. In the annual evaluation program, all the teachers were honored with a gift for their selfless service. Some fun games were conducted by the program coordinator. The project manager and the director of CKSK, Fr. Vinod Mascarenhas, wished the teachers good luck and thanked them.
